Silly Information Leads To Silly Results

Hello there viewers and welcome back for my weekly blog.

So last Monday work was quite busy, the phones wouldn't stop ringing and i had quite a lot to do, but it was good because my day went by fairly quickly.

In the evening i sat and watched tv while Kieron was playing Fable on his Xbox. He came in about 9pm and we carried on watching the boring telly.

Tuesday work had slowed down which meant i was very bored for most of the day. I also had a blonde moment (although it wasn't because i'm stupid it's because i wasn't given the correct information!).

Basically Dave at work drinks herbal tea, now in the afternoon i started making the drinks and noticed that Dave had run out of his herbal teas, so i asked him what he wanted instead. He replied he would have a drop of milk.

Now what does that mean to you eh?

Well what i did was i got a glass and poured some milk into it and put it on his desk, carried on making the other drinks and took them upstairs.

When i came back downstairs Dave came up to me and said "no that's not what i meant, i meant i would have a normal cup of tea with a drop of milk in it" and then he started laughing at me!!

HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!!!

He didn't say that, he just said a drop of milk, i mean really!? Anyway he decided to drink the milk in the end, and everyone was happy(ish!)

I got home and Kieron had made a spag bol - ahhh just what i needed. I watched the crappy tv again for the evening, whilest Kieron played on his Xbox.

Wednesday work was still slow, there weren't that many people in the office which made the day even more slower than usual! I did have some bits and bobs to do in the afternoon but i couldn't wait to get home.

Me and Kieron watched Torchwood, which is getting really good now, next week Martha (from Doctor Who) appears in it so that should be good!

Thursday was a pain in the arse day as it was Valentines day. I don't mind Valentines day but what i do mind is all the stupid shops selling all the crappy shit at expensive prices its just not necessary. But moving on from that, work was slightly busier which was good.

When i got home in the evening Kieron had bought me a chocolate heart from Thorntons (awww!) we had some tea and then went to Blockbusters to see if there were any dvd we wanted to watch. Kieron got Die Hard 4.0 on blue-ray and i bought Transformers and Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix.

Now i know what you're probably thinking, you're thinking how come i've only just brought Transformers on dvd. Or you're thinking why not buy it on blue-ray. Well i can answer these questions for you. Me and Kieron decided to wait to buy Transformers on blue-ray, but we found out shockingly last week that Paramount Pictures are boycotting blue-ray (lord only know why!?) so any film made by Paramount will never be released on blue-ray. So there i hope that answers your questions.

When we got home we decided to watch Die Hard, which is a really good movie and Bruce Willis is a legend.

Friday work was extremley slow until it got to lunch time and then it decided to speed up. Derek Burton was in the office in the afternoon so i was doing some work for him.

I got home and had to get ready as we were going out for a meal with Steve and Natalie. Kieron very nicely drove, so we picked up Steve and Natalie for about 7.15pm and off we went. We decided to go to TGI Friday's just for the laugh.

We got to our table and ordered some drinks whilst we were trying to decide on what to have for a starter.

In the finish i had potatoe skins for starter and steak and chicken fajitas for main. Kieron had chicken wings for start and 1/2 a rack of ribs for main. Steve had the same as Kieron and Natalie had tomato bruschetta for starter and the same as me for main.

The food is lovely although the prices are a little high for what they are but nonetheless we had a fab night and a really good laugh.

Steve and Natalie came back to ours for a bit, we decided to watch Superbad as Natalie really wanted to see it. After the film Natalie ordered a taxi back home and me and Kieron went to bed.

Saturday morning i tidied up the kitchen a little before going down to mums. Nan and Grandad had changed their car, they had a Skoda Fabia estate but have changed it to a normal Fabia because for some strange reason nan didn't like the other one.

We had our little glass of wine and cake and a natter. Afterwards me, mum and Gaz went over to Shed City, i needed to go to Argos to get a phone as we now have a landline, and Gaz needed to go to Halfords to get some bits and pieces for his car.

I dropped mum and Gaz home and went back to the flat. Me and Kieron weren't doing anything that evening as we had already seen Steve and Natalie so we invited Gaz round. He came up so he could have a look at Mario & Sonic at the Olympics which he bought me for Christmas but hadn't actually seen it.

Its not an easy game really most of the sports are quite hard to complete (as Gaz soon found out). After we played on the Wii untill our arms were about to drop off, Kieron showed Gaz a new Dragonball Z game that was coming out.

We had a really nice evening and Gaz called it a night about 12.30am.

Sunday me and Kieron got some washing done although i didn't feel particualr brilliant, we then went to Sainsbury's to do our shopping. We came back and started doing Sunday dinner, we had a nice joint of lamb which Kieron cooked beautifully.

After dinner Kieron played on his xbox a bit before joining me in the living room. We decided to watch Transformers as there was nothing on the telly.

After the film i went down to nans as usual but still didn't feel to well when my IBS decided to really kick in. I managed to stay at nans for just over an hour but had to go back home to get my medicine.

I got my hot water bottle and lay on the sofa whilst Kieron made me a cup of tea!

So i think that's about it for now so cheerio!
