Ladies at Lunch, Living the High Life!

Hello everyone, yep its time again for my update.

So back to work it was last Monday, Dave Aspinall had returned from his 2 week holiday and so we had a lot to catch up on and things to do, so that kept my day nice and busy.

The day flew by and i was soon home. Me and Kieron had our tea and then Kieron played some World of Warcraft and i played My Sims on my Wii.

Tuesday was great as i had the day off, it was great not having to go to work. I had the day off as it was my mum's birthday. I got up, had a shower and got ready as mum and Gareth were picking me up at 9.45am to go over to nan and grandads.

We got there just gone 10am and we took a walk up to Northfield, to Bon Marché. Mum had decided that she would treat herself to some new clothes and because i hadn't got a clue what to get her i would chip in with the clothes.

We spent a good couple of hours in Bon Marché, with mum trying on different things and basically having a mini fashion show. Poor Gaz had been standing still so long just outside of the changing room that one dear old lady thought he worked there and even asked his permission to try a top on! I on the other hand had turned in to Triny & Susannah, i was not only giving my fashion advice to mum but to other women in the changing rooms, not only that i also became the runner. Finding tops to match trousers, getting a different size, reorgainizing the shop, putting thins back etc etc, again i did this for other ladies as well as mum.

So after the marvellous shopping experiance, we talk a small walk further up Northfield so that mum could find a new handbag, which Gareth bought her.

We returned back to nan and grandads house for just gone 1pm and we had some food and a little drinky-pooz! After a good long natter and stuffing our faces, we went back home. I got back to the flat for about 4.30pm and started doing some tea.

In the evening Kieron played on World of Warcraft and i watched some tv.

Wednesday it was back to boring work (boo) but it was quite a pleasant day as there wasn't many people in the office. The day dragged a bit but it wasn't too bad. After coming out of work i decided to go on a mini adventure. I catch the 50 bus which goes from the top of Bells Lane, down to the Maypole, throught Kings Heath, into Moseley and then into town, where it stops at the back of the Pavillions. I then have to walk about 10-15mins past Rackhams, past St Phillips Cathedral, Colmore Row, over the Queensway and into Ludgate Hill.

So i decided to take my mini adventure and go home on the 35! *plays dramatic music* This would cut my walking distance in half as the 35 stops down Corporation Street and it also stops at Parsons Hill, so when i get off the bus i just walk past the shops and then im home.

However the 35 goes on a weird route and is ever so slightly longer route, but i built up the courage and got on it. I normally get home for about 6.35/6.45pm on the 50 depending how long i have to wait for the 50 and how much traffic is about. So i got off the 35 at Parsons Hill walked past the shops got in the flat for........drum roll please....

....... 6.15pm! Amazing! so i think i might give the 35 a go see how i feel.

Thursday aha another day off for me yippee! Mum had taken two weeks off work (which covered her birthday) and i sadi i would take a day off with her so that we go out somewhere or do something. I got to mums for about 9am an we decided to visit some of the best places i had brochures off for my wedding. I said before that Tidbury Golf Club was an excellent place but because it has no licence for the ceremony, and i can't find anwhere that does ceremonies alone (except for the Regisrty Office - hell no! or a church - no way!) it was out of the running!

The 3 three contestants i have then are The Holiday Inn at Solihull, Hillscourt Conference Centre at the Lickey Hills and The Clarendon Suites at Edgbaston.

We started with Solihull and the Holiday Inn. We was introduced to Katie and she showed us round. It doesnt look much from outside, well i mean its not a palace or anything but it is pleasant, however its very luxurious on the inside.

I was very happy and felt very comfortable there and Katie was very friendly and helpful. So i set up a little star rating section to help me make a decision in the future.

So (Out of 5):

Room Size/Facilities: * * * *
Friendly/Helpful Staff: * * * * *
Cost/Value for Money: * * * *
Location/Picturesque: * * *

So 16/20 not bad. So we then went over to the Hillscourt Conference Centre, where we met Jane who was a very lovely lady and very down to earth, obviously not being a hotel (although they do have accommodation) it was a little less formal greeting so i felt we could have a bit more of a laugh and a joke.

So (out of 5):

Room Size/Facilities: * *
Friendly/Helpful Staff: * * * * *
Cost/Value for Money: * *
Location/Picturesque: * * * * *

SO 14/20 still not bad howeverthe other thing to note was that Hillscourt can not promise that we would have sole use of the rooms so we could have random people gate crashing our party whereas Holiday Inn the room is completely separate and they only allow one wedding a day.

We couldn't go to The Clarendon Suites as they were in use, so we would have to save them for another day. Me and mum stopped by Earlswood craft centre for a little mooch round and mum treated me to a cup of tea and some cake. I really was enjoying living the highlife!

We went back home as we hadn't much to do, so i suggested we go to Broadway as we haven't been there for years. Gareth said he would come to and he kindly drove. We had a look round the shops and then we had a nice cold pint before getting back home.

When we got back to mums, i said my goodbyes and went back home. When i got back, i decided to mow the front lawn as it started getting long again. I managed to get it done just before i felt like collapsing and dying in the boiling heat.

I decided to have a cool shower as i had been sweating like crazy mowing the lawn and Kieron arrived home from work. In the evening Kieron decided that he wanted to see the new Batman film, so we checked the times and agred to go for the 8.00pm showing. Now usually everytime we've been to the opening night of a film at Rubery there has been a lot of people but we've always managed to get in. Well decided to get there an hour early so that we deffinately got in, however when we arrived and finally managed to park the car (that was our first warning) , the queue was coming out of the doors. We went and checked just incase there was a glimour of hope but the film was (obviously) sold out!

Kieron was a bit disheartened but we agreed we would go on Sunday to see it when the hype had worn off. We got back home and we watched the tv before going to bed.

Friday and sadly it was back to work for me. Again it was another farily quiet day as most people were out and about, and gladly 5.00pm came and i was on my way home (on the 50 though because the 35 queue was terrible, due to the buses being stuck in traffic on route).

Friday evening Kieron played on World of Warcraft and i sat and watched the Big Brother Eviction. The evening was very pleasant and relaxing.

Satuday was a great day, due to the weather being gorgeous me and Kieron wanted to do something so we rang Steve and Natalie to see what they were doing, they too were bored adn didn't know what to do with the kids, so we eventually decided to go to the Washford Mill pub in Redditch which is a nice little country pub and yes you've guessed (due to the name) it used to be a mill!

We then had to figure out how to do transport as there was six of us yet i could only get 5 in the car! Just before Kieron agreed to sitting in the boot, Tony and Maria called in to see us for a bit and very kind Tony offered to take Kieron and Steve in his car and me, Natalie, and the girls in the fiesta. So off we set and we got to the pub for just turned 12.00pm. The pub had a littel play area, lots of peacocks walking around (which little Phoebe was obsessed with) and some cows just over the fence.

We had some food and a couple of drinks and really lapped up the sunshine. We were there for a good few hours before everyone was getting a bit tired. Tony and Maria had been shopping in Redditch and called in to the pub for a quick drink with us and Tony (saved the day) as he gave Kieron and Steve a lift back.

We went back to the flat for a bit and chilled out before i dropped Steve, Nat and the kids home. When i got back to the flat me and Kieron were a bit bored and so was Steve and Nat so they invited us round theirs! We picked up some munchies before going round and had a very pleasant evening.

Sunday was a relaxing day, as Saturday was so hectic we decided to take a chill pill. We went and did the shopping to get it out of the way, came back and had some food. Kieron played on World of Warcraft whilst i caught up with some tv, Played on my Wii and then watched Evan Almighty on DVD.

A bit later we decided to check the times again for Batman, again we agred on the 8.oopm showing. Its a brilliant, dark and exciting film and Heath Ledger makes a really fantastic Joker. The film really captivates the darkness and in a way the evilness of Batman, so i recomend you all see it. Its also a real shame that Heath Ledger passsed away earlier this year as i think he's irreplacable, and i think that this would have been his big break in film.

Well i think that just about does it for me so cheerio!

James Bond Can Not Sing!

Hello everyone and welcome back (again) to another one of my updates.

So last Monday work was ok, fairly busy. Sue the Librarian wasin so that gave me someone to talk to whilst i did my work, as Dave was still on holiday. The dsay flew by and i was home before i knew it.

In the evening i went to the Reservoir to meet up with Rosey, Dan, Emily and Jim. Emily and Jim didn't arrive until 9pm, due to work etc but when they did arrive Emily came bearing gifts. She had been to Cadbury World and had bought me and Rosey a chocolate bear each (which was extremely yummy!). I also hadn't seen Rosey and i had to give her her birthday presents.

We had a nice chat adn a couple of drinks and i left about 9.45pm so that i could go home and relax for a bit. When i got back me and Kieron decided to watch Wall-E (the new Disney Pixar movie) which Kieron had got on a copy. It's yet another brilliant Disney Pixar movie and i recommend you all go see it - i obviously won't ruin it for you by telling you what happens but it is very good, so good and so convincing in fact, that i cried at the end!

Tuesday was another fairly busy day at work although it didn't go by as quickly as Monday did, so the day did seem to drag.

In the evening Kieron invited his mate Jim round for a bit, they were playing on the Playstation so i went in the other room and watched Wanted (another copy) on Kieron's Xbox. Wanted is a good film about an assassin group/organisation, starring Densel Washington and Angelina Jolie. Again i can't go in to too much detail otherwise it will spoil it. It was a little bit slow at the beginning, but apart from that i really enjoyed it.

After i had watched the film i went and sat in the living room watching the lads for a bit. About 9.30pm Jim went home and me and Kieron sat and watched tv before going to bed.

Wednesday work dragged on and i hadn't got much to do, so once 5.30pm came i was glad to get out.

In the evening Kieron sat and read his book whilst i sat at the PC putting some classic songs on to my MP3 Library. When me, Kieron, Steve and Natalie go away to Blackpool at the end of August me and Kieron wanted a couple of driving CD's. So i slowly started to sort it out. I had had enough after an hour so i sat and watched tv instead.

Thursday was pretty much like Wednesday, the office was pretty quiet and once again i was glad when it was 5.3opm.

In the evening me and Kieron decided to have a chippy as a little treat and then i sat and watched tv whilst Kieron read his book.

Friday was upon me at last, thank god and thankfully the day went by quickly. I spent most of the day filling and generally bits and pieces. Normally on a Friday morning the lads have a breakfast, bascially like a sausage and egg sandwich or whatever, which we order in from the shop round the corner. However today we did something different, instead of having a breakfast we all had an indian curry from a little restaurant up the road from us.

It was £2.99 and you get a large plastic tray and you out it what ever you like (or in our case as much as you could fit). They had samosas, spring rolls, salad, 3 different types of rice, 3 different types of curry and a couple of little things for dessert. (ther are different compartments by the way so that you don't put your dessert in your curry!). You also get a soft drink with the meal as well - bargain!

We all sat in the meeting room scoffing away and it was really delicious.

In the evening me and Kieron contiuned adding songs to the CD list and reminiscing about some of them. After we had done that for a bit Kieron read his book and watched tv.

Saturday was a nice day, i did some washing and some sorting out around the flat. I sropped Kieron round Steve's and then went and saw mum, nan and grandad. We had our usual glass of wine and cake and a little natter.

I stayed at mums unitl 5.30pmish and then went back round to Steve and Natalie's. Natalie was going to see Mamma Mia with her mum and her sister Heather and she asked me if i wanted to go, to which i said yes!

We left the lads playing on the Xbox and me and Nat walked down to her mums house, we stopped off at Cotteridge so me and Nat could get some cash out and then we went over and picked Heather up.

We got the cinema for 7.45pm, grabbed some drinks and munchies and went to get some seats. Its the first time in a long while that the Cinema was really busy, and when the film started i think there was only about 4 seats free!

Its a very girly chick flick film but we all enjoyed it especially with the greatness of the Abba songs in the film. There were loads of famous people in the movie, Meryl Streep played one on the main roles, including Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Julie Walters (who was hilarious). However i will not be able to watch another Pierce Brosnan film again as i've ssen him in brightly coloured lycra and he can't sing to save his life!

After the film Natalie's mum kindly dropped us back to Natalie's. Me adn Kieron stayed a little bit longer before going home to bed.

Sunday was a nice relaxing day. I did some more washing and then me and Kieron went shopping at Morrisons. We didn't know what to have for dinner so we had some nibbley-bits off Morrisons hot counter, we had some chinese spare ribs, some chicken wings and chicken drumsticks.

When we got home we had our dinner and we watched the German F1 race. After that Kieron read his book and i carried on watched Dr No.

Later in the evening i went down to nans as usual for tea.

And i thinks that sums up my week so cheerio for now!

Was it Bombed Much During the War?

Hello Everyone and welcome back to this weeks update,

So last Monday it was back to work - but not for long. I got to work for the usual time of 8.45am, made my morning cup of tea , switched my computer and started my day-to-day duties.

It was about 9.30am ish when mum rang me to say that she wasn't in work due to feeling really poorly with a horrible headache, (me and mum sometimes ring each other when we are work so that's why she was letting me know). Being a migraine sufferer headaches etc aren't very pleasant and i was a bit concerned for her.

So i told her that if she wanted to got to the Doctors i would get the time from work to take her. I carried out my morning stuff, answering the phone, a bit of typing etc etc.

By 1.0opm Peter came and saw me and told me that i could go now if i wanted to -to which i said yes and off i went.

I got back to the flat, got changed and headed to mums to take care of her, with some of my brilliant migraine tablets. I stayed at mums till about 4pm when thankfully her headache had started slowly wearing off.

When i got home i put the tea on ready for Kieron to get home from work. In the evening we sat and watched tv before going to bed.

Tuesday and work was a bit slow with not much to do. However in the afternoon i had a rather weird yet hilarious phone call (this is where the title for the blog comes from).

If you watch Faulty Towers you will (hopefully) remember the episode with Mrs Richards- the daft woman with the hearing aid?

Well i got a phone call from someone a bit like that. It was a (really, really) old woman (with a well spoken voice) and she wanted to know where she could get a geometry set from. Her late husband had an old one which he gave to his brother and who wouldn't let her have it and she wanted to get one. On her husbands set it has/had Birmingham on it and she decided to ring yellow pages and ask them for telephone numbers of Architects in Birmingham (yeah because Birmingham is the only place you can get geometry sets from!!!!)

The conversation went on and on and on, she had rund WH Smiths but they only do metal ones! (Oh yes she wanted the proper ones and she called them - i think she ment wooden!).

So i eventually gave her the number of our stationary company we use and then of course we had the greatness of trying th read out the number.

Me: "so its 0121"
Woman "021 .... what... sorry"
ME: (louder) " 0....1.....2....1"

After i had given her the number and her reading it out to me a thousand times, i thought she was going to leave me alone but oh no! I had to have the story of her husband dying (during the war of course), and then she told me that she had never been to Birmingham and wanted to know what its like and where it is! and then because she has never been to Birmingham she then asked "was it bombed much during the war?" to which i informed her that it was more Coventry that was bombed.

Then (obviously forgetting i had given her the telephone number for the stationary company) asked me if we had a university for architects to which i said

Me: "yes we have"
Woman: "where is it?"
Me: " Right in the middle of Birmingham, its called the U.C.E
Woman: " The E.C what?
Me: "No, no U for University, C for Central and E for England - The University for Central England"

Woman "The E.U.V.C - what a funny name for a university and whats their telephone number?"
Me: "i don't know"

and then finally she left me alone!!!

In the evening me and Kieron watched Gordom Ramsay's F Word and Big Brother before going to bed.

Wednesday i woke up feeling not too good i had the start of a cold, although i made my way into work. The day flew by for some reason and before i knew it i was back home again.

In the evening me and Kieron spent most of it on the computer. We were trying to find some pictures to use as our desktop backgroun! (Sad - i know!). We both like anime/manga/final fantasy stuff and thats what we were looking for.

It took us ages to find what we wanted but eventually we found some great stuff. We watched a bit of tv for a bit and then went to bed.

Thursday my cold had got slightly worse but i was still ok for work. There weren't many people in the office so the day was quite peaceful. I had a few things to keep me going which i was thankful of and my day was soon over.

As i was leaving to go home Malcolm offered me a lift, which i said yes too, so i was home a lot quicker than usual (thanks Malcolm).

In the evening i played on my Wii for a bit whilst Kieron was doing something on the PC and then we sat down and watched some tv.

Friday was a good day at work because it was quiet, i had things to keep me going all day and my day flew past.

In the evening me and Kieron went to the cinema to see Forbidden Kingdom with Jet Li and Jackie Chan. Its a very good film quite funny in some places and the martial arts and stunts are excellent.

When we got back we watched Jonathan Ross and the end of Alien Resurrection and then went to bed.

Saturday was a nice day. Me and Kieron got up and tidied around the flat before going into town. We walked around the Bullring and out into the high street just for something to do. Kieron ended up buying two games for his PS3 - Unreal Tournament 3 and Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. He was tempted by Metal Gear Solid 4 but he decided to save that when he has nothing else to play. He also bought some books from Waterstones, all fantasy novels, two by Terry Brooks and a David Gemmel book.

I bought myself a new skirt from West One, its white with black flowers on it, i get tired of wearing jeans and combats all the time especially when its sunny.

After we got back from town i changed into my new skirt and went down to see mum, nan and grandad. We had our glass of wine and doughnut and had a chat.

I stayed at mums for a couple of hours, went back and picked Kieron up and went to see Steve and Natalie. We took round with us Cluedo so that we could a couple of games of that for something to do.

We had a nice evening chatting and playing games, but me and Kieron called it a night at 11pm, we got back to the flat and then went straight to bed.

Sunday was the usual day, we went and did our shopping and then went down to Tony and Maria's for sunday dinner, although it wasn't a roast, Maria had done a Chicken curry which was very nice.

We stayed there for a bit before going back home and chilling out for the afternoon. In the evening i went down to nans for tea as usual and to watch Top Gear.

Well i think that's about it for me so - Cheerio!

Go Grease Sofa!

Hello to you all and yet again another update is here.

So last Monday work was quite dull but luckily thr day flew by me. It was my cousin Rachel's 21st birthday to day and in the evening we went out for meal.

I got in from work, dived in the shower, got changed and then me and Kieron set off to a Morrocan restaurant called La Fibule in Moseley. We had never been to a Morrocan restaurant before so it was exciting to find out.

As me and Kieron took our places at the table, Gareth and my dad arrived (which went better than planned). At the meal there was, Gareth, Kieron, Me, Rachel. Rachel's boyfriend Adam, Aunty Jan, Lydia, Nan, Dad, and Adam's mum and dad (Jackie and Richard).

The celebration was under way and we had a great time. For starter i had this pepper and salad thing (which to be honest wasnt brilliant), for main i had lamb in a yoghurt and mint sauce with saute potatoes (which was delicious) and for after we had birthday cake (from Becketts which was gorgeous!).

We paid the bill and made our way home which was around 11pm.

Tuesday work was even more boring, lots of filling to do and phone calls to answer, i was glad when i got home. Me and Kieron watched tv and caught up with Top Gear.

Wednesday me and Kieron had a day off. We mowed the back forest.....sorry i mean 'lawn', and tidied up the flat a bit.

In the afternoon we went to see Hancock. People had been really slamming the film saying it wasn't Will Smith at his best etc but me and Kieron really enjoyed it. Its not another 'superhero' film, its about a random guy dealing with the fact that he has super powers and trying to fit in.

In the evening i went down to mums for a bout 6.30pm because we were going to see Gareth's school play. Haha not like that, Gareth had painted all the set for the Woodrush's play which this year was Grease. It was very good, although due to copyright laws they couldn't perform most of the classic songs (about 90% of them - sorry Gaz).

I got back home for about 9.30pm and me and Kieron sat and watched tv before goign to bed.

Thursday (Rosey's birthday) work was a bit hectic, i had stuff to sort out which had been left for me. The day went by fairly quickly.

In the evening me and Kieron went down to Blockbusters to see if there were any decent films out to either rent or buy, but there wasn't so we decided to get a pizza. For the rest of the evening we just watched boring tv.

Friday and the day shot by at work although i don't know why because i didn't really do anything.

In the evening me and Kieron sat down and watched tv for the majority of the evening, including Big Brother live eviction. After watching tv we, very randomly, had a nice long chat about really random things. It mainly based on Star Trek The Next Generation due to us watching the series on Virgin1 of late (due to which Kieron perfecting his Patrick Stewart impression!)

We chatted about who we would have on our team if we were a captain on Star Trek, which character we would play and then it went on to if we were superheros what powers we would have etc etc. At about 2.30am me and Kieron finaly decided it was time for bed!

Saturday was a good day, me and Kieron got up and tidies and cleaned the flat. Mum, Gareth, nan and grandad came round for a change. We had our afternoon cake and wine session and we got our new sofa, which is great and perfect and i love to bits!

In the evening me and Kieron decided to stay in and we watched the final episode of Doctor Who (which i thought was quite sad but good!).

Sunday was a nice relaxing day, me and Kieron got up and did the shopping. When we came back Kieron played on his xbox for a bit whilst i did some dinner.

I caught up with Eastenders i had missed and Kieron was on the PC looking at buying a new graphics card and bits and pieces.

In the evening i didn't go down to nans as i fancied staying in adn relaxing. Me and Kieron watched Star Trek Nemesis which i've never seen before, but it was good and we both enjoyed it. We then watched the Sunday Night project with The Hoff (oh my god how cheesy is he!?) and then we went to bed.

And i thinks that sums up my week so cheerio!

More Painting and Drinking - I Really Do Want Something More From LIfe!

Hello everyone, my oh my the weeks just seem to be flying past at the moment!

Well last Monday work was ok, not alot happened really the day flew by and i didn't feel like i had done much.

In the evening me and Kieron decided to go and see The Happening at the cinema. It's about a sudden virus that attacks America and basically makes people kill themselves. The acting is quite poor and the storyline starts of well but ends quite appaulingly to be honest. The director is the same guy who did Sixth Sense and Signs but i dont think he did a great job of this film.

Tuesday work was fairly busy, i had some specifications to do and filing to be done so that kept my busy.

In my lunch hour i went into town and got Kieron's new game for his PSP. Final Fantasy Crisis Core is a prequal to Final Fantasy 7 (which Kieron loves) and he couldn't wait to get his hands on it.

In the evening i sat and watched tv whilst Kieron enjoyed indudging into his game. I watched him play some of it and i must admit it looked very good.

Wednesday work got a bit more manic, Harley and Intelidata were both in trying to sort out Mikey's machine as it had thrown a huge wobbly and decided to crash, mainly due to it having a nasty virus!

In the evening i left Kieron to it on his PSP and i went to the Reservoir pub with Emily, Rosey and Dan. We had a laugh and Jim came and joined us later as he had only just got from Manchester. Rosey also handed us all dvd's to take home with us.

You probably don't remember but last year for Emily's 21st birthday, we did a sort of 'this is your life' for her andwe had great difficulty getting it on dvd. Well thanks to brains of Rosey and Dan they have finally done it and that's waht the dvd's were!

We stayed there until about 11pm and then we decided to call it a night as we were all getting tired.

Thursday i had a little bit of a lie-in as i had a dentist appointment first thing, so i got up 20 minutes later (woohoo!) got ready, tidied up a bit and off the to the dentist i went and then on to work.

When i got to work all of our new graphics/pictures had arrived from Armstrong Burton for us to start decorating the office with.

In the evening Kieron was on his PSP and i sat and watched/caught up with Eastenders and various other programmes i had missed.

Friday work was good, we had some good news from Paul as he has finally passed and completed his Architects degree and can now officially call himself an Architect! Although i had to put him in his plcae throughout the day as he had already started telling people what to do! Not on my watch Robinson!

In the evening i watched the Big Brother live eviction and other randon tv programmes whilst Kieron played his PSP, although he did make me jump form time to time randomly screaming and shouting at the game!

Saturday was a fairly busy day, me and Kieron got up and went over to B&Q to pick up the new paint to cover the nasty brown/red/purple colour in our living room and we had a little shop round for other bits and bobs we needed.

When we got home Kieron was desperate to see what the new colour looked like so he started painting. I did some tiding up and then gave him a hand.

It didn't take us very long at all and we were much happier with the colour. After the painting i got ready and went to mums as usual. We had a afternoon cake and wine session and had a natter.

About 4pm nan and grandad left to get back to the dog, and me and mum decided to take a quick up to the Hagley Road to find one of the wedding venues i had found, called the Clarendon suites.

I drove and mum gave me the directions, its actually very easy to get to and we had a nice little trip out. I got back to mums for around 5pm and then went back to the flat, picked Kieron up and we went round Steve and Natalie's.

We sat and watched the tv and had a natter for most of the evening like we usually do. The lads put on the xbox for a bit whilst me and Nat went to watch Big Brother.

We stayed there until 11pm and then decided to call it a night as we were all getting tired.

Sunday was another good day, me and Kieron got up and got the shopping done and then we stopped by Wilkinsons and bought some wall art and a mirror for the living room.

We then had some dinner and Kieron's mum and dad came round for an hour or so, to see the new living room.

In the evening i went down to nans as usual to have some tea, and me and dad watched the final of Euro 2008. It was a good match and Spain were deffinately the better side and deserved to win!

So i think that just about sums it up for me so cheerio!
